Is every topic decided on by a vote?
Yes, every topic except the first one when the blog was released. I had to start with something!
How can you know so much about every conceivable topic?
The short answer is, I don't. There may be topics I know nothing about, and there may be those where I know a bit about. Part of the fun is that I will always have to start out relatively clueless and then research the topic as part of blogging about it.
